Students are also going to learn the basic lessons such as Swaravali and their variations Dhatu Swaravali (Sarali), Kalapramana Swaravali along with General theory and Applied theory. Students are going to study in brief about Basic terminologies in Carnatic Music such as Tambura, Nadha, Shruthi, Swara, Sapthaswara, Raga, Thala, Kala, Laya, Arohana and Avarohana. Students strengthen fundamental elements of Music through rigorous practice of Saralivarisais and its variations in different speeds.
